Answer: If you already have your DreamHost account, what you need to do is simply login to the DreamHost Panel by clicking here.

Then you'll be directed to the page where you can get for the VPS and PS MySQL. Just click the button that says "I Want a DreamHost PS". You can take only the DreamHost PS, but it would be better if you will get the MySQL PS too. Anyway, you'll get 20% discount if you will get both the DreamHost PS and MySQL PS.
