Is There Other God except the One True God?

Question: In your answer to the question, How many Gods are there, it's like you're telling us that only the Father of Christ is God. But is it not true also that if the Father is God, the Son of God is God too?

Answer: It I will base my answer to our own mental capacity, I can say that you are true.

But, we are talking here the truth about God and Christ. So, we should not use our own thoughts in answering any truth that confused us. Instead, we need to refer to the Bible because is where the words of God have been written. In other words, let us find the answer from God Himself because He is the only one who knew the real truth.

So, our question is: If God would have a son, would he be a God like the his father?

Consider this truth:

9 Remember the former things, those of long ago;
I am God, and there is no other;
I am God, and there is none like me. (Isaiah 46:9, NIV)

According to God, there is no other God and there is none like him.

And here's another truth:

10 "You are my witnesses," declares the LORD,
"and my servant whom I have chosen,
so that you may know and believe me
and understand that I am he.
Before me no god was formed,
nor will there be one after me. (Isaiah 43:10, NIV)

So, the truth is clear that there is no other God, there is none like Him, and there was no god before him and there will be none after Him.

In other words, if God would have a Son, His Son would not be God like Him.
