There's no other legit way of getting credit card numbers except getting it from the credit card suppliers. So, if you want to get one number for free, just visit the nearest bank and apply for the credit card.

Mine, I get it from the Metrobank. It's free but of course I have to pay them the membership fee of PhP2000 every year. I am also urged to pay the interest for every debt that I have.
