Answer:
Yes you can watch a TV live through the internet but not all TV stations.
For now, I only found 1 TV stations that can be watched online live. It's the NET-25. Try accessing the website www.net-25.com/live.html and start watching the NET-25 live but in your own internet browser only.
What is NET-25?
NET-25 stands for New Era Television channel 25. It's a Television channel which is partly owned by the Iglesia ni Cristo.
