CS stands for Cesarean Section or Ceasarean Section.

Regarding the amount of money one should spend for the CS of their wife, actually it depends on the hospital where the CS would be done, on the Doctors, and the accommodation or the room where you would spend in the hospital.

Last May 8, 2009 my wife delivered our son through the CS. And the following are my expenses:

1. Medicines including the antibiotics and other drugs used by the Doctor before, during and after the CS whichn cost 9,500PhP.
2. The bill from the Ob-Gyne is 12,000PhP
3. I paid the anesthesiologist 5,000PhP.
4. For the Pediatrician, I paid 5,000 PhP.
5. For the hospital bill, I paid 12,000 PhP.

All in all, the CS cost operation costs me PhP43,000.00.
