Actress Katrina Halili sought the help of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to file a complaint against her former lover, cosmetic surgeon Hayden Kho, over the spread of video clips of their intimate moments on the Internet.

After a one-hour-long closed door meeting with NBI officials, Halili was asked to submit an affidavit to investigators, said NBI Director Nestor Mantaring.
