Actually, the said scandalous material is already uploaded in Youtube and until now, the said video is still there which is understood that the video is not really an adult video.

For me, this is still not scandalous.

As of writing this post, the fight of Manny Pacquiao vs Floyd Mayweather Jr is not yet been set so, we couldn't tell yet whether they will met in the ring for us to find out who is really the best pound for pound boxer in the world.
However, to answer the question, I will base it on the current status of their boxing skills.
For me, Floyd Mayweather Jr is nothing compared to the Pacman. If they will meet in the 140lbs division, Floyd will be thrown into the canvas just like what happened to Ricky Hatton earlier.

If you'll look at Manny Pacquiao without considering his achievements, you'll never thought that Pacquiao is really that strong. You won't even be afraid of his looks and his figure.
Just like any other Filipino, that is Pacquiao.
But in the ring, it seems that Pacquiao is better boxer than those boxers that he already defeated but are well-known for their strength and power in the boxing ring.
Remember of Morales, Diaz, the Golden Boy and now Ricky Hatton. These guys have established their boxing reputation already. Before the fight against Manny Pacquiao, I was really thinking that Manny would be lost. But the result was the opposite.
But what really makes Manny Pacquiao stronger than these guys?
Manny's strength came from his heart not from his head. He just have one goal while fighting in the ring, and that is the glory of his country, Philippines. Money might be behind the fights of Manny Pacquiao but winning the game just to make money couldn't really give him the real strength because if that's what really happened, then Manny couldn't stay patient in the ring and he might have resorted to dirty tricks just like what other boxers did.
For me, his performance in the ring reflects of what really is in his heart.

However, I already predicted that Manny Pacquiao would win the fight. But I was not expecting it to be as fast as what had happened. I thought that Ricky Hatton would be down in the 7th to 10th round. This kind of prediction was based on the progress of Pacquiao's speed.
Well, Hatton did his part in training and even in the fight. The only problem is that Pacquiao knew his weakness. Pacquiao mastered his technique already on how to successfully connect his punches into Hatton's body.
Just like what Pacquiao said, the strategy is to use his fully developed right hook while Hatton is trying to hit him with Hatton's right. And then the right hook will be backed up by a powerful upper left or left hook.
So far, this strategy was smoothly performed. In the first round, Hatton was hit by Pacman's right hook which caused Hatton to hammer is head on the canvas. And then on the second round, the upper left of Pacman hit Hatton and thrown him dead in the middle of the ring.
That was really amazing.
